If you are limited on cash I would suggest that you get a used battery from a friend and buy a solar panel. An awful lot of people have batteries just sitting around. Get a battery cleaning kit and this cleans the inside to get the old corrosive junk out and make it refurbished. fill it, not to the top with distilled water or electrolytes. I don’t know which is best, yet. In the winter it will take a long time to charge the battery with a few panels in the south side windows. Get more panels when you can or just get the kit and solder the cells together.
